The staff were friendly and helpful, providing early breakfast and storing our luggage. The Riad is peaceful with authentic features and a pleasant pool. We were given an upgraded room. The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

This is a beautiful oasis in the middle of Medina and it was always a great pleasure to return at the end of a busy day exploring Marrakesh and surrounding areas. The staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful and pleasant to chat with. They always had good suggestions to make and I enjoyed my interactions. The spa services were also great and good value. It is a great location for exploring the Medina areas as you could easily walk to each neighbourhood. I also enjoyed the tranquility and peacefulness. Not having a TV or radio in my room was difficult at first but I managed to do more reading than I had done in a long time. Laslty the terasse and swimming pool areas provided a lovely area to relax, catch some sun and watch the birdies.

Conveniently located in the heart of the old Médina, close to popular attractions. Helpful staff and good service. Comfortable rooms, although some could use better cleaning. Enjoyable breakfast and beautiful Moroccan details throughout the space. A peaceful oasis amidst the busy city.

Riad Slitine is situated in the Marrakech Medina, so the location was excellent for us. Note it is like most Riads difficult to find so ensure you have someone meet you. Perhaps in the summer with more guests it would be better.

We checked out after one night of a scheduled 4 night stay. There were very few guests and the Riad seemed to be in minimal maintenance mode with very few staff, plastic over the courtyards, the heat turned way down. The room was stuffy, with no air circulating and the drains on the shower were plugged. The staff were all wearing parkas to stay warm, they were okay but not as professional or as welcoming as the staff of other Riads we visited.

Convenient location close to the market square, helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and clean facilities.

Beautiful Riad but very poor service. Within 10 minutes after arrival manager starter to talk about payment in cash.... Also wanted us to change rooms during our 4 nightstay. Vey small room with bad electricity, it broke my charger. As well overpriced. No personal touch at all, regreted booking this Riad instead of the one stayed before. Will not go back again.

Great location in the heart of the Medina. The hotel had a beautiful pool and plenty of lounging areas to relax in. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming.

The water in the pool had too much chlorine and was cloudy. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even arranged an early breakfast for us when we had to leave for an early desert trip. The location of this place is perfect - right in the heart of a bustling, authentic neighborhood. The main street it's off is lined with amazing shops and is close to restaurants, entertainment, and bars. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a better room. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness center, and a beautiful sun terrace. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

The location is perfect - close to the market, main square and within walking distance to all the main spots. The room is spacious and the service is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious French toast. The spa and massage were relaxing and the lounging areas are comfortable.

The shower is small and lacks a shower curtain, causing water to spill all over the floor.

Loved the interior patio, truly magical. The staff was delightful and accommodating, always made sure we were comfortable. We especially appreciated that they arranged transportation to and from the airport which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The location was also perfect, close to the main attractions and easy to navigate.

The spa was not up to our expectations. We were hoping for a more luxurious experience but found the services and amenities to be lacking.

Our stay at Riad Slitine & Spa was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm and helpful staff. We were even upgraded to a large suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The location of the riad was perfect for exploring the Medina, and we had no trouble finding it thanks to the assistance provided by the staff. The beautiful property and its unique Moroccan design added to the magical atmosphere. We also enjoyed the various spa treatments and the delicious dinner. our experience at Riad Slitine & Spa was truly memorable and we highly recommend it for a one-of-a-kind riad experience in Marrakech.

The location of this peaceful authentic Moroccan style Riad is perfect for exploring the city. It's just a short walk away from all the main spots, including the bustling market. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy it while admiring the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.

The hammam experience was not up to par with previous ones I've had. The treatment time was split between my mother and me, despite paying for a full session.
